At GPL Valley, we are committed to offering high-quality GPL-licensed digital products at affordable prices. However, due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is strict and transparent to prevent misuse and ensure fairness to all our users.

General Refund Policy

As digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once downloaded, we do not offer refunds unless:

  • The product is completely unusable, and
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Please contact our support team before requesting a refund — allow 24–72 hours for a response and resolution.

Note: We are not the original developers of these GPL products. While we assist with installation and usage, technical support is limited.

1. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at contact@gplvalley.com with the subject line:
    Refund Request – [Your Order Number]
  2. Clearly mention the reason for your refund.
  3. Ensure your request is made within 1-3 day of purchase and you have not downloaded the product.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • You have not downloaded the product after purchase.
  • The product is completely unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • There is a technical issue we are unable to resolve within 1-3 business days.
  • You made duplicate purchases of the same product.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • You have already downloaded the product.
  • You changed your mind or no longer need the product.
  • You purchased a product by mistake or misunderstood what it includes.
  • Your WordPress version, hosting, or plugins are incompatible.
  • You expected features not listed in the product description.
  • You purchased the item by mistake or misunderstood GPL licensing.
  • You expected developer support or automatic updates.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • GPL Valley Membership Plans – These include access to hundreds of items at a highly discounted rate.
  • Product Delayed Updates – Some products may take additional time to update; refunds will not be given for this reason.
  • Subscription Renewals – You can cancel anytime, but past renewals are non-refundable.
  • Special Offers and Discounts – Discounts cannot be applied retroactively or used to request partial refunds.
  • Products marked as Non-Refundable – These will be explicitly mentioned on the product or offer page.

5. Cancellation & Access Policy

  • You may cancel your account anytime, but no refund will be provided upon cancellation.
  • If you receive a refund, you must delete all downloaded files and cease usage immediately.
  • If the product is updated and still fails, we may offset your refund by the diminished value caused by misuse.

6. GPL Licensing Notice

All products on GPL Valley are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). This means:

  • No license keys are provided.
  • Products are legally redistributed.
  • You will not receive official updates or support from the original developers.

7. Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect

  • Policy abuse
  • Violation of terms
  • Fraudulent behavior
